It is not easy to maintain a deep and strong Buddhist practice while living an ordinary lay life. It helps to have the support of a monastic community; but if that is not available, one can incorporate elements of monastic life into one’s lay life. Some ways to do that include daily chanting, sutta study, listening to Dharma talks (either live or recorded), and reading Dharma articles. We offer here a list of resources to aid you in your home practice.
