Volunteer Mornings

Meet with other practitioners & help with chores at the monastery
Come for part of the morning or the entire day to practice generosity and mindfulness, and meet other community members.
You are also welcome to bring a vegetarian dish to offer to the Sangha for the daily meal at 11am.
