Introduction to Buddhist Meditation

The goal of Buddhist practice is unconditional happiness – a goal that requires precise meditation and focused contemplation. During this morning Bhante Suddhaso will explain the salient aspects of Buddhist philosophy that we can use to gain a clear understanding of the nature of our minds.
All levels of practitioners welcome.
We will be gathering outdoors on the lawn of Empty Cloud monastery.
